Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

Welcome to ZAC LLC. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of zac-llc.org and to purchases, registrations, events, programs, digital resources, and other services offered through ZAC LLC.

By using this website, submitting a registration, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Event Registration

Some ZAC LLC events require advance registration and payment.

Submitting a registration form alone does not reserve a seat when payment is required.

Your seat is considered reserved after the required payment has been successfully completed, subject to availability.

Registration may close when an event reaches capacity.

Event Tickets

Event ticket prices are displayed on the applicable event or checkout page.

You are responsible for selecting the correct number of tickets before completing payment.

For events where tickets are priced individually, purchasing two tickets will be charged at twice the individual ticket price.

Sponsor a Sister Purchases

Some ZAC LLC events may allow you to purchase admission for another attendee through a “Sponsor a Sister” or similar program.

A sponsored ticket is intended to provide event admission for another eligible participant.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, sponsorship payments made through ZAC LLC are not charitable donations and should not be treated as tax-deductible contributions.

Payments

Payments made through our website may be processed by third-party payment and e-commerce providers.

ZAC LLC does not intentionally collect or store complete credit or debit card numbers through its general website forms.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and transaction information.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund, cancellation, transfer, or credit policies may vary depending on the event, product, program, or service.

If a specific refund or cancellation policy appears on an event page, product page, checkout page, registration form, invoice, or purchase confirmation, that policy applies to that purchase.

When no separate policy is provided, please contact ZAC LLC regarding refund or cancellation questions.

Event Changes

ZAC LLC may make reasonable changes to event schedules, speakers, activities, venues, programming, or other event details when necessary.

If an event is canceled, postponed, relocated, or rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees using the contact information provided.

Any applicable refund, transfer, or credit information will be communicated at that time.

Digital Products and Resources

ZAC LLC may offer digital resources including workbooks, guides, educational materials, recordings, downloads, courses, and other digital content.

Unless otherwise stated, digital purchases are licensed for the purchaser's personal or authorized individual use.

Digital products may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, publicly uploaded, or commercially exploited without written permission from ZAC LLC.

Unless otherwise indicated, original ZAC LLC website content, branding, logos, graphics, written materials, educational resources, program materials, downloads, videos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to ZAC LLC.
