Refund Policy

Event Tickets
All event and retreat ticket purchases made through ZAC LLC are non-refundable unless ZAC LLC cancels the event.

Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge. Please contact ZAC LLC before the event to provide the new attendee’s name and contact information.

Event Cancellation
If an event is canceled by ZAC LLC, registered attendees will be notified and provided with information regarding applicable refunds or other available options.

Digital Products & Resources
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, workbooks, guides, and other digital materials, purchases are non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered or accessed, except where otherwise required by law.
